Scholarship Application - Scholarship Application- Students of Hispanic Heritage pursuing a higher education degree can apply for the Latino Leadership Alliance scholarship program by submitting a complete application (see PDF file) on or before April 15. Applicants must be residents of Lehigh or Northampton County. [download pdf]
