<p>Official Rules for FGI Chicago Blue Jacket Fashion Show Brunch Silent Auction</p>
<p>Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the continental United States, 18 years or older. Void where prohibited.</p>
<p>Auction Period: Online bids will be accepted from February 11, 2025, 9:00 AM CST to February 22, 2025, 1:30 PM CST.</p>
<p>How to Participate: Place bids online via Givebutter. Your participation is agreement to the auction rules.</p>
<p>Auction Items:</p>
<p>Item Descriptions: Items include Apparel, Accessories, Gift Cards, Event Tickets, and Vouchers. All items are sold "as is." No exchanges or refunds are permitted.</p>
<p>Fair Market Value (FMV): The FMV of each item is provided. Only the amount paid above this value may be tax-deductible. Participants are encouraged to consult with a tax advisor for clarification.</p>
<p>Bidding Process:</p>
<p>Starting Bids: Each item will have a designated starting bid, typically set at 30-50% of the item's FMV.</p>
<p>Bid Increments: Minimum bid increments will be specified for each item and must be adhered to.</p>
<p>Final Bids: No bids will be accepted after the auction closes at 1:30 PM CST on February 22, 2025. The highest valid bid at the close of the auction wins the item.</p>
<p>Winner Notification: Winners will be b notified via email and/or SMS promptly by Givebutter after the auction concludes.</p>
<p>Payment and Item Collection:</p>
<p>Payment: Winners are required to pay in full before receiving their items.</p>
<p>Payment Policy:</p>
<p>Immediate Payment Required: Winning bidders are required to complete their payment immediately upon the auction's conclusion.</p>
<p>Payment Deadline: All payments must be received by 1:45 PM CST on the day of the auction's closing.</p>
<p>Forfeiture of Items: If payment is not received by the 1:45 PM CST deadline, the winning bidder forfeits their right to the item, and it may be offered to the next highest bidder.</p>
<p>Shipping and Delivery: Winners are responsible for any shipping or delivery costs associated with their items. Items will be shipped via the best available rate through USPS, UPS, or FedEx to the preferred address listed in your profile unless you notify us otherwise. Please ensure we have the correct mailing address before you complete your transaction.</p>
<p>Collection Deadline: Items must be claimed by 11:59 PM on March 7, 2025. Unclaimed items will be forfeited.</p>
<p>General Conditions:</p>
<p>All Sales Final: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.</p>
<p>Legal Compliance: This auction complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.</p>
<p>Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the auction will be resolved by the FGI Chicago Auction Committee, and their decisions are final.</p>
<p>Use of Personal Information: By participating, you consent to the use of your personal information for auction-related purposes, including winner announcements and future communications. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.</p>
<p>Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants release FGI Chicago and its associates from any liability associated with participation or use/misuse of auction items.</p>
<p>Winner's List: By participating, you consent to having your name published as a winner. For a winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: FGI Chicago, PO Box 7018, Chicago, IL 60680. Requests must be received by March 7, 2025.</p>
<p>This auction is governed by the laws of Illinois and Cook County. Void where prohibited.</p>">
