Tips on setting a step goal.

Wheelchair users are welcome to participate! Many steps trackers will automatically convert your distance wheeled to steps. If yours doesn't, however, you can use an odometer and convert the distance to steps. <a href=https://givebutter.com/"https://www.10000steps.org.au/support/general-support/dashboardsupport/adding-steps-for-wheelchair-users/#:~:text=Track%20the%20distance%20wheeled%20and,equation%3A%201km%20%3D%201250%20steps." target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">1km = 1250 steps

Fundraise. Share your page's custom donation URL with your friends and family and ask them to support your efforts. Be sure to tell them why you're doing this and your step goal. People can contribute during the challenge as well. Fundraising will end on Sunday, June 9th at 11:59 PM.

Track your steps. Steps can be tracked on your iPhone via the Health App or on an Andriod via the Step, Pacer Pedometer, or Step Tracker. Fitbits/Garmins and pedometers can also be used to track steps.
