There are various ways to participate for Emerge 5K: - Register to walk or run on Sunday, May 4th - Virtually participate from home - Donate and/or create a peer-to-peer fundraiser - Bid on silent auction items - Purchase a butterfly in honor or memory of a loved one For the safety of the community, we strongly discourage pets at the event. Emerge 5K Event Day Details (1/3)

Thank you for supporting Rise's annual Emerge 5K! We can’t wait to see you! Here’s what you need to know:

Check-in begins at 8AM. The race starts at 9AM. Same-day registration will be available, but please pre-register to help keep lines moving.
Carpool if you can to ease parking congestion. Follow signage and parking staff when you arrive.
Come prepared with weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Restrooms and refill stations are available at the visitor center.

As much as we love dogs, they are not allowed on the course or in the event area for safety reasons.
If you're walking or taking a more relaxed pace, please start toward the back to ensure a smooth and safe race for all participants.

Food trucks will be on-site! Grab a bite from Café Alejandro and Crepes on Wheels.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers, plus the youngest and oldest participants. Don’t forget to dress up—best costume wins a prize!
Silent auction closes at 11:00 AM on May 4. We’ve added even more great items, so be sure to check it out and place your bids!
